FinOps tailored to every organization

Quilyx assists organizations in implementing FinOps to gain control over their public cloud expenditures and maximize the value derived from using public cloud services.

Additionally, Quilyx provides relief for organizations that do not wish or are unable to establish FinOps as a permanent function through our FinOps-as-a-Service offering. With this service, Quilyx takes on all the complexities associated with selecting and configuring a FinOps tool, training employees, and interpreting analytical results. The service can be tailored to different levels based on the client’s needs.

This ranges from periodic reporting and advisory services to taking an active role in deployment strategy and architecture, as well as actively monitoring for sudden, unplanned spikes in expenditures.

01. Method

Quilyx utilizes the open-source methodology from the FinOps Foundation (www.finops.org), combined with a healthy dose of pragmatism. This ensures a valuable and stable implementation of FinOps that aligns with the organization’s needs.

02. Tooling

The tooling we use is determined during the startup phase. Depending on various factors, such as the complexity of the environment or the available knowledge and skills, we either employ our own tools or utilize the client’s analysis environment. Clients utilizing the FinOps-as-a-Service offering always work within the Quilyx environment.

03. Kennis

All Quilyx consultants are at least FinOps Practitioner certified and possess knowledge of cloud technology and cloud billing.
